This happens because of 1 of 3 reasons:
1. The subscriber did not pick up the box from the post office when they needed to.
2. We sent it to the wrong address.
3. The address that you typed in was incorrect.
If it's reason #1 or #3: You will not be eligible for a replacement.
If it's reason #2: We will review the issue, and you may be eligible for a replacement.
